Message from Josh:
For our first event of the year, which coincides with the harvest holiday of Sukkot, we will be working with the Food Project, a Boston-based nonprofit that works with teens and
volunteers to farm 37 acres in eastern Massachusetts; the vegetables they grow are distributed through CSAs, Farmer’s Markets and to hunger relief organizations throughout the area. In
3-hour program led by The Food Project staff, we will have an opportunity to: - Cultivate and maintain the land - Plant, tend, or harvest fresh vegetables - Have fun outside
This first event will be: Saturday, October 15, from 9:30 to 12:30 AM. I will have more information on this and other events over the next few weeks. Josh Olivier-Mason
